What are the Class Sizes?

For beginner's pole classes we have a maximum of 12 people. We have 12 poles in our studio and you will get your own pole for the whole hour. For functions, we can accommodate up to 30 people.

Do I need to be of a certain fitness level / age / size to take a class?

Our polercise dance course has been designed for the absolute beginner! Our classes are designed for women of all ages, sizes, shapes, flexibilities and levels. You don't need to have any regular exercise regime to start classes here. Each class focuses on building your strength and skills needed to go safely to the next level. However, if you're really unsure about it you can try a casual class first to see how you go and if you only want to be in a class with people around your own age, why not try our course designed especially for mature age women.

Do I need to have dance experience to take a class?

You don't need to have danced a step ever in your life to take any of our beginner courses and you don't even need a lot of co-ordination! All of our casual classes are beginners unless specified in the timetable.

What do I wear to class?

We recommend shorts,t-shirt or singlet top no body lotions or hand lotions and no jewellery.

Do I need to book for a class or can I just show up?

Everything we do requires a booking in advance. Our courses are extremely popular and get booked out very quickly. Our timetables are released prior to courses starting and we recommend you book at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure you place.

Can I pay as I go?

No, everything must be paid in advance.

What if I miss a class or want to discontinue a course?

We will do our best to make up any missed classes providing you have informed us at least 24 hours PRIOR to the class. We can not make up classes that you just don't show up to. We do not offer refunds or transfers in any way once a course has commenced.

Is there any nudity?

Never. We will never ask you to take anything off and we will never demonstrate it either.They are dancers and won't do nude shows.We are not a gentlemens club we do not offer any kind of those services.

Can my friend come to watch?

We don't allow spectators as it's not fair on the other people in the class, except for end of term you can bring friends along to watch what you have learned.
