Polercise Dance Studios

Polercise first opened it's doors in February 2008 and has been very successful. Every weekend is being booked out with birthday partys, hens nights and also just a bunch of mothers getting together for some fun.

Bre and Barbara wanted to bring to penrith the only Pole Dance Studio in the west that offers what we do. Bre has been dancing and doing gymnastics since the age of 3. Bre has attended many work shops and courses with the best Pole Dance Performers in the world Jamilla Deville, Fawnia Mondey.

Barbara has been in the fitness industry for the last 12 years while living in the USA and completed her certifications at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Barbara has always seen Pole Dancing as a performing art and dealt with many performers throughout her career in the USA. After seeing the success it had in the USA, Barbara eventually opened up the only Pole Dance studio in Penrith that incorporated fun, fitness & dance for all types of women. Teaming up with Bre to eventually open Polercise with success.
